Turk is thrilled when Dr. Kelso selects him over his toughest competition, Bonnie, to represent Sacred Heart on a trip for the “Doctors Without Borders” program, however when he learns that the only reason Bonnie wasn’t selected was because she was a girl, he reconsiders. Meanwhile, Elliot tries to score points with Dr. Cox by volunteering to deliver bad news to his patients on his behalf, but when she is forced to be the bearer of bad news repeatedly, she learns that there is a limit to how much she can take.
